Although the art I provide smells of sugar and chocolate, it is coated to last a lifetime and has been modified to not be edible. 

My desserts have won every taste and decorating award entered and have come second to none as the premier cake artist. My most recent was a sweep of blue ribbons on my designs of fondant and sugar flowers at the 2010 and 2011 Piedmont Interstate Fair.
